2d kratos prequel with brutal pixel combat

Developed by Mega Cat Studios in collaboration with Santa Monica Studio, God of War Sons of Sparta tells a canonical story set in Kratos’ youth. The game takes place during the harsh Spartan Agoge, where Kratos and his brother Deimos travel through Laconia and face threats that test duty, honor, and brotherhood. It features hand-drawn-style pixel animation, spear-and-shield combat, upgradeable weapons, skill trees, optional quests, hidden encounters, and loot.
