Disgaea Mayhem is the western title for Kyouran Makaism, an action role-playing spin-off developed by Nippon Ichi Software. It keeps familiar Disgaea-style systems and chaos while shifting away from the series’ usual tactical combat into a more action-focused format. NIS America has announced a western release for summer 2026, with a limited edition already listed on its store.
